Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress-reduction and uses universal life force energy to help clear a person's blocked energy, allowing their body the space to begin to heal itself physically, mentally, and emotionally. A distance Reiki session is perfect for those who can't meet in person due to schedules, mobility issues, or distance. A distance Reiki session is just as effective energetically as an in-person session. For a distance session, please find a restful place and either sit or lay down, whichever is most comfortable, for the 30 minute session. *Reiki energy is not a substitute for medical care from a licensed health care provider. Reiki is non-invasive and completely safe. Universal life force energy only works towards a client's highest good and can not cause harm.*
